Alecia Chin is a student, a teacher, a listener, and a healer. From a young
age she trained as a competitive gymnast, where training her body was a
part of here day to day life. It only seemed natural to continue what she
loves. Finding the depths and loving each step, Yoga found her. She has
been committed to practicing and sharing since 2000 and is a member of the Yoga Alliance teaching since 2010. Alecia first earned her Thai Yoga Massage Certification (2003) in Thailand, Chair Massage Certification (2006) at UBC
from Canada’s leading chair massage program, Relax to the Max, and studied Reiki in Tokyo, Japan as well as earning her Level One Reiki Certification
(2004) from a Local Vancouver Reiki Master. Alecia continues to practice Meditation, share Sanskrit, learn metaphysical science, and teach
pranayama. Alecia enjoys teaching a grounding and empowering Hatha
class with an emphasis on connecting your breath to your body.
